RobinGood VPN Terms of Service

Welcome to RobinGood VPN. These terms govern the use of the service and describe the rules under which access to our product is provided. Please read them carefully before starting to use.

1. Purpose of the service
   RobinGood VPN is created to ensure privacy and security of internet connections, protect users' personal data and bypass network restrictions. The service provides encrypted communication channels between the user and the final resource, hiding the real IP address and location.
2. Acceptance of terms
   By gaining access or using RobinGood VPN, you confirm that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any point, please stop using the service.
3. Permitted use
   The service is intended for personal and non-commercial use. It is allowed to use VPN to ensure privacy, protect data, access personal or public resources without intending to harm other users or networks. The user takes responsibility for everything that happens when using their VPN access.
4. Prohibited actions
   The user is prohibited from: using VPN for sending spam, attacks, hacking, phishing or other malicious actions; distributing malicious programs, viruses or illegal materials; attempting to gain unauthorized access to RobinGood VPN servers, network devices or other accounts; transferring their login data to third parties. The administration has the right to suspend or block access to VPN without notice in case of suspicions of abuse or violation of rules.
5. Privacy and data collection
   RobinGood VPN does not keep records of internet traffic and does not save browsing history. When using the service, we receive and use limited technical data, including: connection IP address; username, ID and language from Telegram account; unique device identifier (HWID). 6. Subscriptions, payment and refunds
   To gain access, you need to subscribe. Payments go through anonymous payment systems. By choosing a payment method, the user agrees that the service does not have access to their personal payment data. Refunds are not possible.
7. Service operation
   RobinGood VPN is provided "as is". We strive for stability and high speed, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or availability of all servers at any time. Temporary failures, maintenance work and infrastructure updates are possible and are not considered a violation of terms. The administration is not responsible for losses caused by communication interruptions, connection errors, unstable internet channel, and any other actions of Roskomnadzor.
8. User responsibility
   The user undertakes to use RobinGood VPN conscientiously and not harm other users, networks and servers. In case of violations, the administration has the right to: restrict access to the service; block the account or HWID; cancel the current subscription without compensation.
9. Limitation of liability
   RobinGood VPN is not responsible for: content that the user accesses through VPN; losses or failures resulting from the use of the service; actions of third parties affecting the operation of the connection or service functionality.
10. Changes to terms
    RobinGood VPN may periodically update the terms of use to improve the service. You can always familiarize yourself with the current version on the official RobinGood VPN website.
