Data collection and use

When using the service, we receive and store the following data:

• IP address from which you connect;
• data from your Telegram account (username, Telegram ID and interface language).

This information is used exclusively for:

• authorization and providing access to the VPN service;
• technical support and ensuring stable operation;
• protection against abuse and unauthorized access.

Data storage and protection

All data is processed on secure servers. We apply technical measures to prevent leaks and unauthorized access. Access to information is limited only to the authorization system and necessary service processes.

Server locations and jurisdiction

Currently, we work with 6 hosting providers whose servers are located in the following cities:

• Gunzenhausen, Germany
• Nørre Aaby, Denmark
• Vienna, Austria
• London, United Kingdom

We pay for the lease of these servers to legal entities. This means that these hosting providers may receive official requests from government authorities of any country. At the same time, providers in Germany, Denmark, and Austria are strictly subject to EU regulations.

Traffic logs

RobinGood VPN does not keep records of visited sites, does not analyze and does not save the content of internet traffic.

Billing and payments

• Subscription payments go through anonymous payment gateways.
• We do not have access to your payment data (e.g., bank details).
• Payment information is not linked to your identity — no one sees that you have subscribed to RobinGood VPN.

You can request deletion or updating of your data by contacting RobinGood VPN support.
